Kiawah Art & House Tour

A sweeping staircase welcomes visitors to this home with expansive views of the Kiawah River and marsh. Upon entering, there is a grand piano, imported glass chandeliers, and lighting from Italy. On one of the walls there is a magnificent collage of glass that reflects the art of renowned glass sculptor Dale Chihuly. The elevator shaft is a hand-painted mural that begins with drawings of the marsh, and as it ascends it opens up to the children’s room with an image of a starry night. The media room resembles a turn of the century movie theater with fabric covered walls, multi-colored leather seating, and an array of theater posters. Male visitors will be drawn to the club room with its fur topped barstools and a spectacular array of television sets. Finally, a fully stocked gaming room is certain to please family members of all ages.
