Class meets for three sessions on Wednesdays, March 4, 11, and 18 from 6-8pm. Join artist and Charleston tour guide Stephen Herchak and learn how to create beautiful compositions with the brilliant, versatile, and convenient media of color pencil as well as in combination with wet and other dry media. There will be an emphasis on blending and achieving subtle effects. Previous drawing or painting experience is not necessary, but will be helpful.

Suggested Supplies:Set of 24 Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils, soft core; vinyl/polymer eraser; X-Acto knife and blades; heavy drawing paper or cold press illustration board, 2-4 pieces, 8x10 or 9x12 inches; eraser shield; drawing dusting brush; soft pencil; Prismacolor Premier colorless blender art marker
