James Ladson Bee

Artist: Bounetheau, Henry
Date: 1867

A member of the Fourth Regiment of the South Carolina Cavalry, Bee died from wounds received at Cold Harbor, VA. Apparently a pair to the portrait of John Stock Bee, this miniature must also have been done posthumously.
