Back in person for another year, the Gibbes is excited to present a series of concerts in collaboration with Charleston Jazz. This concert is sold out, but join us on August 16 for the last installment of this year's series.
Heather Rice is a Charleston based artist known for her powerful voice and intelligent songwriting. She is an opener for Joan Osborne, Sheryl Crow, and Lady Antebellum. She co-wrote "Like Make Believe" for Hootie and the Blowfish artist, Mark Bryan and was a featured performer in the Las Vegas smash hit and Drama Desk Award-winning show, Toxic Audio. Heather Rice heads Red Lion Recording, her independent record label, where she releases her original music. Concert-goers will also have an opportunity to enjoy a sample of Volley Tequila Seltzer during the performance.
