Come explore the Gibbes Museum of Art and learn about our digital learning tools and virtual lesson plans. We will announce our 2021-2022 schedule of professional development sessions, both virtual and in-person. While we might not be ready to jump back into school field-trips just yet, the Gibbes is still here as a learning resource for many disciplines. This session is open to all K-12 educators in the Charleston tri-county area of all subjects.
Masks are required for all participants regardless of vaccination status.
Evening Schedule:4:30-5pm: Explore the galleries and in-gallery activity5-6pm: Presentation on virtual tools for educators and demonstration of hands-on activities to use in the classroom
Free to all K-12 Educators
When registering, please list your school or organization along with what grade level and subject you teach. Each participant will receive a certificate to show proof of completion for PD credit.
