Class meets three times on June 14, 21, and 28 from 1-3PM. Want to make beautiful pencil drawings that come to life? Stephen Herchak will lead this class intended for those who already possess drawing ability and would like to expand their graphite pencil techniques beyond sketching and basic drawing to achieve more finished, photorealistic results. Suggested Supplies: Set of 10-12 drawing pencils* in a range of hard through soft (H’s, HB, and B’s); small, medium, and large paper shading stumps (tortillions); kneaded eraser; art gum eraser; dry cleaning pad; eraser shield; drawing dusting brush; 2 sheets Rives paper; pad Stonehenge White Drawing paper (or similar heave, soft, velvety textured paper) *Note: It is recommended to choose a brand that also has open stock (individual pencils) available to replace those most frequently used.
