Annual Antique Stroll at the Gibbes

It’s that time of year! The Gibbes Museum’s signature Antique Stroll is here, and just in time for the holidays! Like so much else, this year will look a little different. To ensure our guests are comfortable and safe, instead of making site visits to our stalwart antique dealers along King Street, we’ll be inviting them to the Gibbes to take advantage of our ample space. Each vendor, chosen from some of Charleston’s top antique dealers and designers, will be curating a special experience for strollers, highlighting select pieces from their collections and sharing their stories.

This year, new kid on the block, Old Hat Vintage's Pamela Bowen in Park Circle will be bringing her hand and eye as a vintage collector and upholsterer to the stroll, in addition to design collective Fritz Porter. We'll also be joined by the always dazzling Tucker Payne Antiques, George C. Birlant & Co. Antiques, John Pope Antiques, and The Silver Vault.

Capacity is limited to allow for COVID-19 safety protocols. Strollers will be organized into small groups with timed visits with each vendor in a round of fun and festive speed dating.
