Saturday, October 31, 10:30am-12:30pm
Young artists will learn about creating supernatural characters and stories while developing their own unique illustration style in this special Halloween edition of our Illustration workshop. Each workshop will build on understanding characters and how illustrators find inspiration using different drawing prompts, storyboards, and art materials. At the end of each workshop students will have experienced drawing different characters and mini story ideas. They will also gain a fun and safe experience talking about their characters with the group. All materials are included.
This workshop is taught by professional picture book author, illustrator, and instructor Clare Pernice. Costumes are welcome as long as the students can still work in them.
