Make Your Own Oil Paints Workshop with Katelyn Chapman

In this special 2-hour workshop we will learn the recipes to make our own oil paints, and the step-by-step process of how to break down natural materials into powdered pigment.

Through this process we will uncover the origin stories of color through an art historical lens and more specifically, the history of the five different all natural and non-toxic pigments that we will be using in this unique workshop.

Each student will go home with 5 tubes of their own hand-made oil paint. All materials are included
